CallCoordinator for Windows runs under the Microsoft** Windows** 3.1 operating system. To use

CallCoordinator

for Windows, you should know how to work in

the Windows environment. If you are not

familiar

with

Windows,

read

the

appropriate

Windows documentation.

 

 

Who Should Use This Book

This book is for anyone who works with customers and clients over the telephone. Typical users of CallCoordinator for Windows include agents who handle billing, order, and claim inquiries, as well as catalog sales personnel, insurance and brokerage professionals, medical office personnel, and so on.
