The current settings for the extender module are displayed in the status field. Menu selections are briefly described in the following table.

Description

Press “d” to set the transmission mode to half-duplex, full-duplex or auto- negotiation. All Fast EtherHubs are set to auto-negotiation when powered up. Any changes to transmission mode will be lost if the power to the hub is reset.

Press “f” to set the frame forwarding mode to adaptive cut-through or store & forward.

Press “b” to enable or disable back pressure.

Press “r” to return to the Main Menu.
