Installing Avaya Computer Telephony TSAPI Client Software

Note:

If you enter the wrong Host Name or mistype the name, a warning message displays stating that the name appears to be invalid. The name will be added to the list but you should contact your administrator to verify that you have entered the address correctly.

Note:

Setup saves the information from the TCP/IP Name Server Configuration dialog box in a tslib.ini file in the Windows directory. You can use a copy of the tslib.ini file to streamline subsequent client installations. See Setting Up Multiple Clients on page 108.

Setup searches your system for old Telephony Services software and issues a message as it performs each search.

If the Setup program finds copies of CSTA32.DLL and ATTPRV32.DLL, it will request confirmation to delete the old software.
