Delayed Fax
You can use this functio n to send a fax up to 24 hours later.

Insert the document face down in the ADF.

Press Menu/Set, 3, 7.

Enter the time you want the f ax to be sent (in 24-hour format) .
Press Menu/Set.
(For example, enter 19:45 for 7:45
PM.)

Press 1 to select DOC if you want
your machine to scan the printed
document at the time it is sent .

Press 1 if you want to choose more
settings and the LCD will return to
the SETUP SEND menu.

if you have finished choosing settings, and then go to Step 6.

Enter the fax number.

Press
Start/Copy
. The machine will wait until the time you have
entered to send the fax.
The number of pages you can scan into the memory depends
on the amount of data that is printed on each page.
