7 - 3 SETUP INDEX FOR EASY DIALLING

Storing Groups

After storing Tel-Index numbers, you can combine them into a

Group. Groups allow you to send the same fax message to many fax

numbers. You can have up to fou r small Groups or you can assign

up to 100 numbers to one large Gro up.

Press Menu/Set, 6, 3.

Press or to select the number you want to store.

Press Menu/Set to accept the number for this Group.

Press Menu/Set.

Use the dial pad to enter a name for the Group. (See Entering

text on page 4-3.)

Press Menu/Set.

Press Stop.

■Return to Step 2 and 3 to store ano ther number for this

Group.

■Press Erase to erase the previous numbers you s tored.
