Storing Tel-Index Numbers for Index

You can store Tel-Index numb ers for Index, which you dial by

pressing or and Start. There are 100 Tel-Index lo cations.

Even if you lose electrical power, numbers stored in memory will not

be lost.

Press Menu/Set, 6, 1.

The screen prompts you to ent er the

number you're storing.

Enter the number (up to 20 digits).

Press Menu/Set. The screen now

prompts you to store a name with

this number.

Use the dial pad to enter the name (up to 15 characters).

(See Entering text on page 4-3 to help you enter letter s.)

Press Menu/Set and go to Step 6 to store the number without

a name.

Press Menu/Set.

The screen prompts you to select the type of number this is.

Press or to select the type you want.

Press Menu/Set.
