Press 1 if you want to select additional settings. The display
returns to the Setup Send menu.

Press 2 if you have finished choosing settings, and then go to
Step 5. The screen prompts you to enter the fax number you
want to call.

Enter a fax number.

Press Start/Copy to send the fax.
Manual and automatic fax redial
If you are sending a fax manual ly and the line is busy, press
Redial/Pause, and then press Start/Copy to try again. If you want
to make a second call to the last number dialed, you can save time
by pressing Redial/Pause and Start/Copy.
Redial/Pause only works if you dialed from the control panel.
If you are sending a fax automatically and the line is busy, the fax
machine will automat ically redial thr ee times at five minutes interva ls.
Cancelling a job while scanning , dialling and sending the document
You can cancel a job while you are scanning it by pressing Stop.
You can also cancel a job while the fax machine are dialling or
sending the document by pre ssing Stop.
If you want to copy a document using multiple resolutions, press
Start/Copy in Step 5.
