5.7.10 Configuring the COM Port
Upon power up, the COM port is configured to the default settings of ENABLED and LM.
Before altering the COM port settings, ensure that a valid IP
!address is set. Refer to Section 5.7.1. Read this entire COM

To configure the COM port, proceed as follows:

CAUTION
Do NOT disable or alter the settings of the COM port while operating the current Local Management connection through a terminal. Altering the COM port settings disconnects the Local Management terminal from the port, and ends the Local Management session. If the
