You can set the visible range by restricting the camera pan, tilt and zoom ratio (field of view angle) settings.

Extent of pan control
Maximum horizontal extent of the video capture range-
The view restriction specifies the visible range. The visible range is larger than the area in which pan and tilt can be controlled.
