Configuring the HyperTerminal Connection

When HyperTerminal starts, you are presented with a Connection Description dialog box.

1.Enter a Connection Description.

1.Type a name for the connection.

2.Choose the appropriate icon for your connection type.

3.Click OK.

2.Enter Connection Details.

You will be presented a Connect To dialog box.

1.Specify your COM Port in the Connect Using section of the dialog box.

2.Click OK.
