The S/RF meter indication, during transmit, can be selected from the following items as you desire.

➥Push [METER] (MF2) several times to select the de- sired item.

	Indicates the RF output power in watts.
METER
Po
	Indicates the VSWR on the transmission
METER
SWR	line.
METER	Indicates the ALC level. The ALC circuit
ALC	begins to activate when the RF output
	power reaches a preset level.
	Indicates the compression level when
METER
COMP	the speech compressor is in use.
	Indicates the drain current of the final

ID	amplifier MOSFETs.
METER	Indicates the drain terminal voltage of

“P-HOLD” indicator

The IC-7700 can display the multi-function digital meter on the LCD display. This meter displays all transmit parameters simultaneously.

qPush and hold [METER] for 1 sec. to turn the multi- function digital meter ON.

wPush [F-1•P-HOLD] to toggle the peak level hold function ON.

•“ P-HOLD” appears on the window title when the peak level hold function is ON.

ePush and hold [METER] for 1 sec., or push EXIT/SET to turn the multi-function digital meter OFF.
