Windows NT 4.0 Printer Properties

The General, Ports, Scheduling, Sharing, and Security tabs provide access to Windows features for setting up your printer. For information about settings on these tabs, see the Windows manual.

The Device Settings tab lets you change printer properties specific to the SuperScript 4600N. (More settings are available when you select Print or Print Setup from your application’s File menu or Document Default from Printer Properties menu.) The Device Settings tabs are different for the PostScript 3 and PCL5e printer drivers, and are shown below.

Installing Options

After you install an option such as Paper Tray 2, Go to the Device Settings tab.Open installable options and select Installed for Tray 2.

Click any setting in the scrolling menu and the lower portion of the tab displays more options for that setting.

Click OK to save changes and close the driver window.

Click Cancel to discard changes and close the driver window.
