To specify the downstream center frequency for a radio modem, use the radio downstream frequency interface configuration command. To disable, use the no form of this command.

freq

Specifies the center frequency in kHz (decimal values are allowed). Valid

 

 

 

range is 0 to 50000000 kHz.

 

 

 

 

 

 

width

Specifies the bandwidth.

Specifies the bandwidth value of the channel in MHz. Valid range is 1 to 12

Usage Guidelines The radio interface cannot be enabled unless a center frequency is specified. Specify the center frequency and the badwidth for the whole downstream channel group. The frequency group must be positioned within the transmit passband of the RF duplexer. Make sure to specify the center frequency that you are licensed to use.
