radio upstream range-backoff

To set fixed start and stop values for ranging backoff on the upstream ports, use the radio upstream range-backoffinterface configuration command. To set the ranging backoff values to the default start and end values, use the no form of this command.

radio upstream n range-backoff start-valueend-value[auto]

no radio upstream n range-backoff

Syntax Description

 

n

Specifies the upstream port number.

 

 

start-value

Specifies the start ranging backoff value. Valid start values are 0 to 15. The

 

 

 

default start value is 0.

 

 

 

 

 

 

end-value

Specifies the end ranging backoff value. Valid end values are 0 to 15. The

 

 

 

default end value is 4.

 

 

 

 

 

 

auto

Specifies the automatic change data backoff value.

 

 

 

 

 

The default initial ranging value is auto.
