■Fonctionnement de la console – Quick Start

QUICK START : Appuyez sur la touche QUICK START pour entamer immédiate- ment le programme manuel. Le niveau de résistance par défaut est 1. La durée est comptabilisée à partir de 00:00.

Changement du niveau : Appuyez sur les touches UP et DOWN pour augmen- ter ou diminuer le niveau de résistance à tout moment durant l’entraînement.

Pour arrêter ou mettre en pause le programme : Appuyez sur START/PAUSE pour mettre le programme en pause. La console affiche alors PRESS RESULT OR PRESS START. Si vous appuyez sur la touche RESULTS, la console affiche les résultats de votre entraînement et met fin à la session en cours. En revanche, si vous appuyez sur START/PAUSE, vous pourrez reprendre le pro- gramme ultérieurement.

■Fonctionnement de la console – Manual program

Sélection d’un programme : Appuyez sur n’importe quelle touche pour activer la console. Le message ENTER PROGRAM s’affiche sur l’écran alphanumérique. Pour accéder au Manual program, faites défiler l’affichage à l’aide des touches UP et DOWN jusqu’à ce que l’écran affiche MANUAL, puis appuyez sur ENTER.

Choix du niveau : La console affiche ensuite ENTER LEVEL, (1 – 16), vous invi- tant à choisir un niveau. Sélectionnez votre niveau de résistance (de 1 à 16) à l’aide des touches UP et DOWN puis validez en appuyant sur ENTER. Le niveau de résis- tance par défaut est le dernier que vous avez sélectionné lors de votre session d’entraînement précédente.

Choix de la durée : La console affiche ensuite ENTER TIME, vous invitant à choi- sir une durée. Sélectionnez une durée à l’aide des touches UP et DOWN puis validez en appuyant sur ENTER. La durée par défaut est celle que vous avez sélectionnée lors de votre session d’entraînement précédente. La durée minimale d’entraînement est de 2 minutes.

Sélection du poids : La console affiche ensuite ENTRWEIGHT (lbs. or kgs.), vous invitant à saisir votre poids. Sélectionnez votre poids à l’aide des touches UP et DOWN puis validez en appuyant sur ENTER.

Démarrage : La console affiche ensuite PRESS START, vous invitant à démarrer. L’indication MANUAL signifie que vous entamez un programme manuel. Votre ses- sion d’entraînement démarre alors.

Changement du niveau : Appuyez sur UP ou DOWN pour augmenter ou dimi- nuer le niveau de résistance à tout moment durant l’entraînement.
