(PROGRAMMI PERSONALIZZATI), viene visualizzato “CUSTOM 01” (PERSONA- LIZZATO 01)o “CUSTOM 02” (PERSONALIZZATO 02) per confermare la selezione. Ora è possibile cominciare l’allenamento, impostare o modificare il programma per- sonalizzato.

Per impostare un programma personalizzato: È possibile impostare il profilo programma personalizzato in ogni intervallo durante l’allenamento. I “mat- toncini” lampeggianti indicano la posizione e l’ubicazione dell’intervallo nel program- ma. Premere il pulsante UP o DOWN per selezionare il livello di resistenza desidera- to mentre il programma avanza in ogni intervallo. La console memorizza questo profilo che può quindi essere utilizzato per l’allenamento successivo effettuato in questo pro- gramma personalizzato.

Per modificare un programma personalizzato, basta utilizzare i pulsanti UP o DOWN in ogni intervallo durante l’allenamento per sovrascrivere il vecchio pro- gramma personalizzato. Questo nuovo profilo viene automaticamente memorizzato e diventa il nuovo programma personalizzato predefinito.

Per ARRESTARE o INTERROMPERE il programma: Premere il pulsante START / PAUSE (AVVIO/ARRESTO) per interrompere l’allenamento. Il display visua- lizza “PRESS RESULT OR PRESS START” (PREMERE RISULTATI O PREMERE AVVIO). Premendo il pulsante RESULTS (RISULTATI) il computer visualizza i risultati dell’allenamento e arresta il programma, mentre premendo START / PAUSE (AVVIO/ARRESTO) il computer riprende il programma dal punto in cui lo si è interrot- to.

■Funzionamento della console – Programma Time Trial (Prova a cronome- tro)

Selezione programma: Premere qualsiasi pulsante per accendere la console; viene visualizzato “ENTER PROGRM” (INSERIMENTO PROGRAMMA) nel display alfanumerico. Per accedere al programma Time Trial, scorrere il display utilizzando il pulsante UP o DOWN fino a raggiungere “T.T.PROGRAM” (PROVA A CRONOME- TRO), quindi premere ENTER.

Inserimento distanza: All’utente verrà chiesto di “ENTER DIST” (INSERIMENTO DISTANZA) sullo schermo alfanumerico. Selezionare la distanza desiderata utilizzan- do il pulsante UP o DOWN quindi premere ENTER per confermare la selezione. È possibile selezionare la distanza desiderata in incrementi di 1/10 di miglia o di chilo- metro.

Inserimento velocità pacer: All’utente verrà chiesto di inserire la “PACER SPEED” (VELOCITÀ PACER) sullo schermo alfanumerico. Selezionare la velocità pacer desiderata utilizzando il pulsante UP o DOWN quindi premere ENTER per confermare la selezione. È possibile selezionare la velocità pacer in incrementi di 1/10 di miglia o di chilometro.

Inserimento peso: All’utente verrà chiesto di “ENTRWEIGHT (lbs. or kgs.)” (INSERIMENTO PESO lib. o kg) sullo schermo alfanumerico. Selezionare il peso desiderato utilizzando il pulsante UP o DOWN quindi premere ENTER per confer- mare la selezione.
