Questi programmi consentono di scegliere l’allenamento in 3 diverse zone di fre- quenza cardiaca; dal 60% al 70% della frequenza cardiaca massima, dal 70% al 80% della frequenza cardiaca massima e dal 80% al 90% della frequenza cardiaca massima. Le zone sono calcolate in base all’età dell’utente e alla percentuale di fre- quenza cardiaca massima selezionata per l’allenamento.

***Nota: Occorre utilizzare i le plache dei sensori per il controllo della frequenza car- diaca che si trovano sui manubri in modo che i programmi per il controllo della fre- quenza cardiaca possano funzionare correttamente.

70% - 80% della frequenza cardiaca massima – Zona di lavoro aerobico – L’esercizio per l’allenamento di resistenza in questa zona aumenta l’allenamen- to complessivo, migliora l’efficienza cardiovascolare e la resistenza.
