BEDIENUNG DER 123/223 KONSOLE

■Bedienung der Konsole – Quick Start

QUICK START: Drücken Sie die Taste QUICK START, um direkt zum manuellen Programm zu gelangen. Die Widerstandsstufe beträgt 1. Die Zeitanzeige startet bei 00:00 und zählt vorwärts.

Widerstandsstufe ändern: Sie können die Widerstandsstufe jederzeit mit den Tasten UP und DOWN ändern.

Beenden oder Unterbrechen des Programms: Drücken Sie die Taste START/PAUSE, um Ihr Training zu unterbrechen. Sie sehen die Anzeige PRESS RESULT OR PRESS START. Wenn Sie dann die Taste RESULTS drücken, zeigt der Computer Ihre Trainingsergebnisse an und beendet das Programm. Wenn Sie START/PAUSE drücken, setzt der Computer das Programm dort fort, wo Sie es unterbrochen haben.

■Bedienung der Konsole – Manual program

Programmauswahl: Drücken Sie eine beliebige Taste, um die Konsole zu aktivie- ren. Auf dem Display erscheint die Anzeige ENTER PROGRAM. Um zum Programm Manual zu gelangen, scrollen Sie mit den Tasten UP oder DOWN über das Display, bis die Anzeige MANUAL erscheint. Drücken Sie dann ENTER.

Widerstandsstufe eingeben: Sie werden dann in der alphanummerischen

Anzeige aufgefordert: ENTER LEVEL, (1 - 16). Wählen Sie die gewünschte Widerstandsstufe, indem Sie die Tasten UP oder DOWN verwenden, und drücken Sie zur Bestätigung Ihrer Auswahl ENTER. Wenn Sie keine Eingabe machen, ver- wendet der Computer die bei Ihrem letzten Training gewählte Widerstandsstufe.

Zeit eingeben: Sie werden dann in der alphanummerischen Anzeige aufgefordert: ENTER TIME. Wählen Sie die gewünschte Zeit, indem Sie die Tasten UP oder DOWN verwenden, und drücken Sie zur Bestätigung Ihrer Auswahl ENTER. Wenn Sie keine Eingabe machen, verwendet der Computer die bei Ihrem letzten Training gewählte Zeit. Die kleinstmögliche Eingabe ist 2:00.

Gewicht eingeben: Sie werden dann in der alphanummerischen Anzeige aufge-

fordert: ENTER WEIGHT (lbs. or kgs). Wählen Sie das gewünschte Gewicht, indem Sie die Tasten UP oder DOWN verwenden und drücken Sie zur Bestätigung Ihrer Auswahl ENTER.

Start: Sie werden dann in der alphanummerischen Anzeige aufgefordert: PRESS START. Es erscheint die Anzeige MANUAL als Bestätigung, dass Sie gerade das Programm Manual starten. Nun kann Ihr Training beginnen.
