To install the RLM Manager software, proceed as follows:
1. Insert the software CD-ROM that came with your product in the CD-
ROM drive of the computer that you have designated as the LAN
administrator station.
If you downloaded the software from the web, please refer to the
installation instructions found on the web.
2. When the CD Browser automatically starts you can proceed with the
next step. If not:
• Click the 6WDUW button on the Windows task bar, then select 5XQ.
• Click the %URZVH button in the Run window.
• Select the drive letter of your CD-ROM player, then select the file
“setup.exe” , and click the 2SHQbutton.
•Click the
2.button in the Run window. The CD Browser will start-
up.
3. Click on ,QVWDOORL M CP 1515 0DQDJHU
4. Click on ,QVWDOO5/00DQDJHU.
5. Follow the instructions on your screen. If not available yet, a special
Siemens group in the Windows Programs menu will be created. This
group will provide access to the RLM Manager software to configure
your Access Point RLM.
