To authorize the SIMATIC NET Industrial Wireless LAN management station
to access your Radio Link Modules, you must identify:
• the unique IP address of the management station, and
• the RLM interface (port) via which this station will access the
configuration
If you wish to authorize multiple stations, you can identify a range of IP
addresses that you will reserve for authorized LAN administrator stations.

When using the SNMP IP access list, you should include the IP
address of all stations that will need to retrieve configuration or
diagnostic information of the Radio Link Module, i.e. stations of
administrators who use either read or read/write passwords.
When the IP address or interface does not match the listing in the SNMP IP
access list, the requester will receive a time-out error.
To authorize a management station via the SNMP IP access list:
1. Start the RLM Manager and select the Access Point RLM.
2. Click the (GLW button to connect to the Radio Link Module.
3. Select the 6103 tab to display the SNMP parameters. The 6103,3
$FFHVV/LVW is visible at the bottom of the 6103 tab as pictured in
Setup SNMP parameters (page 212)
4. Use the following buttons to modify the SNMP IP access list:
•$GG - to add IP addresses to the list. (Press the F1 key for on-line
Help for possible values for these fields).
•'HOHWH - to remove IP addresses from the list.
