Pri tem upoštevajte navedbe proizvajalca na emba- laži.

Najboljše rezultate boste dosegli, če sveže pečen kruh, preden ga prerežete, položite na rešetko in ga pustite 15 do 30 minut, da se ohladi. Za rezanje kruha uporabite stroj za rezanje kruha ali žagast nož. Nezaužit kruh se lahko hrani pri sobni tempe- raturi do tri dni v vrečki za ohranjanje svežine ali plastični vrečki. V primeru daljšega shranjevanja (do 1 meseca) bo najbolje, da ga zamrznete.
