4. SelectMenu > Stop Observingt o stop viewing the student’s desktop.

SelectMenu > View in Window Mode to continue viewing the student’s
desktop,but in Window mode.
Controlling a Student’s DesktopWhenyou’re observinga student, you can take sole control or sharec ontrolof the
student’sdesktop. Any c hangesyou make when you take sole control of the student’s
desktopare visible to the student in real time.
NO T E
If a student’s computerdisconnects from your computer while you’recontrolling
thestudent’s desktop, “No Response” appearsover the thumbnail.W henthe
student’scomputer reconnects, the messagedisappears andyou can resume
controllingthe desktop.
