Setting a User Authentication Password
Youcan enablepassw ordprotection on the connectionsbetween the teacherand the
students.To enable passwordprotection:
lOnthe teacher’s computer,s et the passwordusing the SMART Sync Teacher
preferences.
lOnthe student’s computer, set the password using theS MART Sync Student
ConfigurationTool(see document 144150).
If you set a password ona s tudent’sc omputer,the student can connect only to a teacher
whohas the same password.
