Creating Personal Call Handling Rules
•Call Answered – Whenever a call is answered on the phone.
•Call Type – Select the call type for the ringing call.
•Call Direction – Select the direction of the call to be triggered.
•Caller ID Number – Select a Caller ID number. For the last two options, enter a specific number in the box including wild card characters when needed. See Like Matches and Unlike Matches for use of wildcards.
•Extra Info – Select a “Field Name”
(CallerID Name, or type in another field name) and then choose how to treat this information. For the last two options, enter a specific number in the box including wildcard characters when needed. See Like Matches and Unlike Matches for use of wildcards.
•Account Code – Select the account code type to be used. For the last two options, enter a specific number in the box including wildcard characters when needed. See Like Matches and Unlike Matches for use of wildcards.
