Click on the [Ports] tab and click on [Add Port...].
•The Printer Ports screen appears.
Select “LPR Port” and click on [New Port...].
•The Add LPR compatible printer screen appears.
SUPPLEMENT:
When “LPR Port” is not listed in the “Available Printer Ports” list, make sure the TCP/IP Printing Service is installed on your Windows NT 4.0. “LPR Port” is not listed unless the TCP/IP Printing Service is installed.
