•At the display monitor: On the Printer Manager window, Paper Trays tab, right click the tray name. From the properties pop-up menu, select [Tray Unlock].

NOTE: If the printer stops due to insufficient paper in a tray, the system unlocks the tray.

2.When the green Ready to Open indicator lights, pull the feeder tray out until it stops.

3.Place the paper in the tray, following the instructions on the labels.
