Group Configuration
Multicast
VLAN ID Select a multicast VLAN ID (that you configured in the MVR screen) from
the drop-down list box.
Group ID Enter a group number for identification purposes.
Start
Address Enter the starting IP multicast address of the multicast group in dotted
decimal notation.
Refer to Section 17.1.1 on page 123 for more information on IP multicast
addresses.
Quantity Specify the number of IP addresses to include in the multicast group.
Undo Click this to load your last saved settings.
Add Click Add to save your changes to the MES-2110’s run-time memory. The
MES-2110 loses these changes if it is turned off or loses power, so use the
Save link on the top navigation panel to save your changes to the non-
volatile memory when you are done configuring.
MVR Group Status
MVLAN This field displays the multicast VLAN ID.
Group ID This field displays the ID number that identifies the multicast group.
Address This field displays the starting IP address of the multicast group.
Delet All Select the check box and click the Delete button to remove all configured
rules.
Delete
Group Select the check box in the Delete Group field and click Delete to remove
the selected entry(ies) from the table.
Undo Select this to clear the checkbox(es) in the table.
