Press the up and down arrow keys t o sele ct the s moke time

in minutes.

D.Inser t sa nitized PROB E into th e produ ct a nd a llow temperature o f probe to r each produ ct temper ature (approxi matel y 1 0 sec onds ).

Press th e u p and d own arrow keys t o set PROB E tem pera ture to 50°F ( 10°C).
