Installing the RAID Battery Holder

1Align the mounting board with the screw holes on the bracket. See Figure
2Replace the three screws securing the mounting board to the bracket. See Figure
3Align the battery holder with the screw holes on the mounting board. See Figure
4Secure the battery holder to the mounting board using three screws and hex nuts. See Figure
5Replace the RAID battery. See "Installing the RAID Battery" on page 161.
6Replace the front cover. See "Installing the Front Cover" on page 139.
7Replace the sled. See "Installing a Sled" on page 134.
Expansion Card Riser

Removing the Expansion Card Riser
1Remove the sled from the enclosure. See "Removing a Sled" on page 133.
2Remove the front cover. See "Removing the Front Cover" on page 138.
3If installed, remove the expansion card or RAID controller card.

4Remove the two screws securing the expansion card riser to the front cover. See Figure
