Terminal Portability
Terminal Portability allows you to transfer an active analog call from your DIVA T/A to another ISDN terminal (an ISDN phone, for example) that shares the same access connection but is separate from the DIVA T/A.
To transfer the active call to a separate ISDN device:
1Press R.
2Press *79#. If you hear a dial tone, the call has been transferred successfully. You can hang up the phone.
Note: If the transfer fails, you are reconnected to the active call.
To resume a call:
1Lift the receiver of the phone that will resume the call.
2Press *79#. The call is resumed.
Assigning “Call Identities”:
When transferring a call to the ISDN, you can give the call a “call identity”.To do this, press R, *79*num#, with num being a one, two, or three digit number. When resuming the call, you must again identify the call by pressing *79*num#. By default, calls do not receive an identity number (with the exception of Denmark, where calls are given the identity number of 1).
