Quick Reference

Always listen for a dial tone after pressing the R button.

Call Hold

R,1	Disconnect the current call and reconnect the held call
R,2	Toggle between calls

Call Waiting

R,0	Reject the incoming call and disable Call Waiting for the duration of the current call.
R,1	Disconnect from the current call and reconnect the held call
R,2	Hold the current call and accept the incoming call
*43#	Activate DIVA T/A Call Waiting.
#43#	Deactivate DIVA T/A Call Waiting.
*#43#	Determine whether or not DIVA T/A Call Waiting is currently active.
Calling Line Identity Restriction (per-call basis only)
U.K., Ireland	Prefix the number you wish to dial with the code 141. (To disable this feature in the
	U.K., use the prefix 1470; in Ireland, use 142.)
Denmark	Enter *31# followed by the number you wish to dial (#31# to disable).
Call Forwarding (codes for Sweden shown)
*67*number#	Forward incoming calls to number when line is busy (#67# to disable).
*61*number#	Forward incoming calls to number if they are not answered within 28 seconds
	(#61# to disable).
*24*code#	Forward incoming calls to announcement machine using code (#24# to disable).
*230#	Forward calls to operator (#230# to disable).
*22#	Forward incoming calls to fixed number (#22# to disable).
*21*number#	Forward all incoming calls to number (#21# to disable).
Active?	Dial tone is fast and intermittent.
Malicious Caller Identification (not available in Australia)
R,*39#	Invoke Malicious Caller Identification for current call.
Call Redirection between Analog Ports
R,*,hang up	Redirect current call to other analog port.
offhook,*,R	Reclaim call if it has not yet been answered by other analog port.
Three-party Conference Call
R,3	Establish Conference Call with current connection and call on hold.
R,1	Drop last-connected party and continue with remaining party.
R,2	Place last connected call on hold and talk exclusively with the first-connected party
	(split the conference call). Press R,2 again to switch to the other party.
Terminal Portability
R,*79#	Transfer current call to ISDN phone sharing same access as the DIVA T/A.
offhook,*79#	Resume call transferred to ISDN phone.
