Configure the following parameters:
Parameter | Description |
Switch Type | Specifies the ISDN switch type used by your ISDN service provider. |
| Your choices are Europe (Euro ISDN), Japan |
| Singapore ISDN, and, for Australia, TPH1962 (Microlink) and Euro ISDN |
| (OnRamp). Default: Europe (EuroISDN). |
| Note: If you select China ISDN as the Switch Type, the Region parameter (on |
| the Phone Lines screen) will automatically be set to China. |

Directory | Specifies your ISDN number. If your line supports Multiple Subscriber |
Number | Numbers (MSNs), the DIVA T/A handles incoming calls differently, depending |
(1st/2nd | on what you enter in the Directory Number field(s). |
Number) | • If you do not specify a number in either the ‘1st Number’ or ‘2nd Number’ |
| fields, all ports (PHONE 1, PHONE 2, and ISDN) answer all ISDN numbers |

| • If you specify a number in the ‘1st Number’ field but leave the ‘2nd Number’ |
| field empty, all ports (PHONE 1, PHONE 2, and ISDN) answer only calls to the |
| specified number. |
| • If you specify one number in the ‘1st Number’ field, and a different number |
| in the ‘2nd Number’ field, PHONE 1 answers only calls to the first number; |
| PHONE 2 answers only calls to the second number; and the ISDN port |
| answer calls to either the 1st or 2nd number. |

7After configuring the ISDN parameters, press Escape to exit the ‘ISDN Parameters’ menu.
