Updating Firmware
Windows 95 /98/NT
When you download new firmware, the DIVA T/A will ask you if you want to export your
current profiles. It is recommended that you export the profiles. This assures you have a
backup available in the event the profiles are lost during the download. If the profiles do get
lost, use the Import Profile command and copy the exported profiles back to the device.
To update your firmware:
1Launch the DIVA Terminal Adapters program.
2Select the device to which you are going to download new firmware.
3From the ‘File’ menu, select ‘Download Firmware’ (or right click your mouse, and then
select ‘Download Firmware’).
4Click ‘Export’ if you wish to export your current files to disk, or click ‘OK’ to skip this step.
5Select the device with the required firmware and click ‘OK’. If necessary click ‘Have
Firmware’, specify the path to the firmware, and click ‘Open’.
6Click ‘Yes’ when prompted if you want to continue. The new firmware will download to
the device. This will take a few minutes.
7Click ‘OK’ when the download is complete. The device will automatically be restarted.
