When Isolating Problems
When isolating problems, consider the following questions:
•Were any changes recently made to the configuration or setup that might affec t the
DIVAT/A's performance?
•Does the problem occur while attempting to connect to a remote de vice for the first
time?
•Is this a consistent problem that you can duplicate?
