Scanning negatives

To scan 35 mm negatives, use the XPA light source, the positioning plate, and the negative holder. When scanning fewer than four negative frames, you also need the negative light shield.

To scan negatives

1With the XPA light source connected to its port on the scanner, restart the software.

2Place the positioning plate on the scanner glass so the arrow is in the upper right-hand corner. Push the positioning plate toward the top right corner.
