Setting up a PC Network

The following illustrates how to set up a small LAN using VR-

509’s factory settings.

1.Click on the button.

•Right-click on [My Network], and then select the “Properties”.

2.Select the network that is connected to the PC that operates the Web browser.

•Right-click on “Properties”.

3. Confirm that this field is ticked.

5.Select “Use the following address”

6.Set the “IP Address” to 192.168.0.11

7.Set the “Subnet Mask” to 255.255.255.0

8.Set the “Default gateway” to 192.168.0. 254

9.Click on “OK”

3.Confirm that “Client for Microsoft Networks” and “Internet Protocol [TCP/IP] are ticked.
