Wait for the Network Card Reader dialog to appear.
6Select the images you want to save.
7Click Save.
8Choose the folder where you want the selected images to be saved.
9Click Save.
Viewing photos from a memory device inserted into a network printer
1When your computer recognizes that a memory device is inserted into a network printer, the message Memory Card Detected appears on the computer screen.
2Click Yes.
Notes:
•The Memory Card Detected message is received by all computers connected to the network printer. When another user clicks Yes first, you will be temporarily locked out from the network printer you are trying to access until the other user disconnects from it.
•You have the option to receive a notification whenever a memory device is inserted into a network printer. To set this notification, see “Using the Network Card Reader” on page 55.
The Network Card Reader dialog appears.
3View the thumbnails of the photos stored on the memory device.
4If you want to save the photos on your computer, select the photos you want to save.
