5.Enable port authentication:
a.From the main menu, select Security > Port Authentication > Basic > 802.1x Configuration. A screen similar to the following displays.

b.Under Mode, next to Administrative Mode, select the Enable radio button.
c.Under 802.1X Configuration, select the following:
•Select adam from the Users pulldown menu.
•Select dot1xList from the Login pulldown menu.
d.Click Apply to save the changes.
