4.3 Recording a telephone conversation

You can record a telephone conversation.

Recorded conversations are treated as new

messages. To listen to the recorded

conversation, see page 55, 56.

Note:

LThere may be legal restrictions on recording

two-way telephone conversations. Inform the

other party that the conversation is being

recorded.

4.3.1 With the cordless handset

1Press {j/OK} during a conversation.

2Select “Record Call”, then press {>}.

LA beep is heard and recording starts.

LA beep sounds every 15 seconds and

can be heard by the other party.

3To stop recording, press {j/OK}.

Note:

LWhile recording a conversation, you cannot

change the tone quality of the cordless

handset.

4.3.2 With the base unit

1Press {RECORD} during a conversation.

2To stop recording, press {STOP}.
