The junction temperature (Tj) is less than 105°C for a ambient temperature (Ta) of 60°C and a 300LFM of airflow. The device must operate at Ta=70°C with 100LFM and must not be damaged with Ta=70°C and no airflow. This assumes a dense board and a ThetaJA of 16.
