System Information and Diagnostics

Call Status

The Call Status screen presents information about the calls you have placed.

The information in the Call Status screen is not cleared when you reset your system. If you do a complete un-install and re-install of the ViaVideo software, call status information is cleared.

Status Code

Status of the call (connected or

 

disconnected).

Last Number Dialed

Last number or IP address dialed.

Calls Placed

Number of calls placed (whether the

 

calls actually connect or not).

Calls Received

Number of calls received.

Calls Connected

Number of calls connected.

Time In Last Call

Length in minutes of the last call.

Total Time in Calls

Total time in calls for calls already

 

completed.
