Chapter 3 Using the ViewStation

To view a Webcast from a computer, refer to the “Viewing a Webcast” section located on the Polycom StreamStation website (http://streamstation.polycom.com/documentation/.)

3. The Streaming Call screen has the following options:

Please create the Streaming Video Password: This option is used to limit entry to view a Webcast. Passwords are not required to view a streaming call.

Allow viewers to Submit Questions: Deselect this icon to disallow Webcast viewers to submit questions during the meeting.

Record meeting: To record a meeting, select the Record meeting check box.

Meeting Name: A Meeting Name is required which is listed on the StreamStation Web page after the meeting is finished.

Password: Enter a Password to restrict Web playback access. 4. Select the Start icon to begin the live Webcast.

Ending a Webcast

1.From the main menu using the ViewStation remote control, select the new Call Type icon.
