Using the ViewStation with a PC

4.Use the ARROW buttons on the remote control to move backward and forward through a presentation. Use the following table to navigate the presentation menu for the ViewStation:

Button

Action

UP ARROW

Goes to the beginning of the presentation.

 

 

DOWN ARROW

Goes to the end of the presentation.

 

 

LEFT ARROW

Moves the highlight marker to the left.

 

 

RIGHT ARROW

Moves the highlight marker to the right.

 

 

MENU

Switch between viewing a thumbnail and

 

viewing the full slide.

 

 

SELECT

Return to live video or select a slide from

 

thumbnails.

 

 

SLIDES

Select another presentation.

 

 

Sending Snapshots to the ViewStation

ViewStations with an additional camera(s) can send a snapshot for any camera connected to the ViewStation by pressing the SNAPSHOT button on the remote control.

Complete the following to send a snapshot to the ViewStation:

1.Press the SNAPSHOT button on the remote control.

2.Select the desired camera (1, 2, or 3.)

3.Press the SNAPSHOT button again to send the snapshot to the ViewStation.

4.Press the SNAPSHOT button again to return to live video.

Viewing Snapshots from the ViewStation

Up to 12 users can view ViewStation snapshots by completing the following steps:

1.Open a web browser.

2.Enter the IP address of the ViewStation in the browser address bar.

3.Select View a Presentation.

4.Enter the user name (and password if required).
