	Auto-transition will start transitioning on a used revertible
	spare in the following condition:
	1. When the rebuild has completed using the revertible
	spare, and
	2. When an unconfigured drive is inserted into the slot of
	the dead drive which the was part of the array. or
	When a non-revertible spare has been inserted or
	created, and is applicable to the array.
	This option affects all arrays on the subsystem.
