Displaying the SHDSL Statistics

FCD-IPM collects statistics over the current, 15-minute and 24-hour intervals (see Figure 4-40):

•15 Min – Last 15-minute interval

•24 hours – Last 24-hour interval.

Table 4-9describes the SHDSL statistics parameters.

	Table 4-9. SHDSL Statistics Parameters
Display	Description
CRC	Number of CRC error events recorded during the current interval
ES	Number of errored seconds in which one or more CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) error
	events occurred during the current interval. This value is updated every second.
SES	Number of severely errored seconds in which 832 or more CRC error events occurred during
	the current interval. This value is updated every second.
LOSW	Number of loss of sync word events recorded during the current interval
LOSWS	Number of seconds with loss of sync word during the current interval. This value is updated
	every second.
UAS	Number of unavailable seconds in which a failed signal occurred during the current interval.
	This value is updated every second.

In addition FCD-IPM displays statistics report for all 15-minute intervals in the last 24 hours (see Figure 4-41).

To display statistics for specific intervals:

1. From the SHDSL Status screen, type M.

The SHDSL Statistics over Intervals screen appears (see Figure 4-41). 2. Type N to display the next page of the SHDSL statistics.
