•CompensatingExposure
1.Press the +/- button,and thenuse the UP and
DOWNbuttons to select the exposure
compensationicon ( [] ).
Theexposure compensation menu bar will appear
asshown.
2.Use the LEFTand RIGHT buttons toset the desiredexposure compensation
factor.
3.Press the +/- buttonagain. The value you set will be savedand the Exposure
Compensationsetup modewill close.
tfyou change the exposure value, the exposure indicator ( [] )will be
displayedonthe bottomofthe LCDmonitor.
÷A negativeexposurecompensation value reduces the exposure.
Notethata positive exposure compensation value increasesthe exposure
andthe LCD monitorwill appear white or you may not get good pictures.
• Youcan use the menu on the LCDmonitorto set up recording functions. In any
modewith the exception ofVOICERECORDING mode, pressing the MENU
buttondisplays the menuon theLCDmonitor.
÷The menuwillnetbe displayedon the LCDmonitorinthefollowing circumstances:
-Whenanother button is being operated.
-Whileimage data is being processed.
-Whenthere is no battery capacity.
• Thefollowingfunctionsare available,depending on tile modeyouhave selected.
