The camera isnot recognised by your PC.
Sometimes, the camera mayappear under[Unknown Devices] in DeviceManager.
Installthe camera driver correctly.
Turn off the camera, remove the USB cabIe,plug in the USB cable again, and then turn on the camera.
There isan unexpected errorduring file transfer.
Turn the camera power off and on again. Transferthe file again.
When usingthe USB hub.
There maybe aproblem in connecting the camera to the PCthrough the USB hub if the PC and the hub are notcompetible. Wherever possible, connect the camera to the PC directly.
Are other USB cables connected to the PC?
