
LANGUAGE/CLOCK SET SETTINGS
DAYLIGHT SAVING setting
(default setting: USE)
This can be used to set the starting time and ending time for daylight saving. When daylight saving is set, the time is automatically advanced by one hour.
Example: To start daylight saving at 2.00 a.m. on the first Sunday in April, and end it at 2.00 a.m. on the 4th Sunday in October
1 When the cursor is at the MODE setting, turn the shuttle dial clockwise.
“USE” flashes.

2 Turn the shuttle dial clockwise.
The cursor moves to the starting time (ON) entry line.
ON 1ST-SUN 04 02:00
3 Turn the shuttle dial clockwise.
“LST” (WEEK) setting flashes.
ON
4 Turn the jog dial clockwise to select “ LST” , and then turn the shuttle dial.
“SUN” (WEEK) flashes.

5 Turn the jog dial clockwise to select “ SUN” , and then turn the shuttle dial clockwise.
6 Turn the jog dial clockwise to select “ 04” , and then turn the shuttle dial clockwise.
“02” (TIME) flashes.

7 Use the same procedure to set the end of summer time.
The cursor moves to ADJUST TIME.
EXT. CLOCK SET setting
(default setting: 01:00)
If more than two devices are connected at the same time, the time settings (ADJUST TIME) for the digital video recorder are also applied to these devices.
1 Connect the other devices to the input terminal (CLOCK ADJUST IN) and output terminal (CLOCK ADJUST OUT) at the rear of the digital video recorder.

CLOCK SET connection method:
Connect the C (COMMON) terminals of the first and second digital video recorder, and then connect the CLOCK ADJUST OUT terminal of the first one to the CLOCK ADJUST IN terminal of the second one.
2 Turn the jog dial to move the cursor to the ADJUST TIME setting, and then turn the shuttle dial.
“01” flashes.
3 Turn the jog dial to set the hours (example: “ 05” ), and then turn the shuttle dial.

4 Press the EXIT/OSD button.
The display returns to the normal screen.

5 Use the same procedure to set ADJUST TIME for the second device.
When the settings are complete, the display returns to the normal screen.
