KEY OPERATOR PROGRAMS

Date and Time Adjustment

This program is used to adjust the date and time which will be used for printing date.

When the “DATE AND TIME ADJUSTMENT.” key is pressed, the following display will appear.

1.Select an item to be adjusted and adjust the value using

the and keys.

●Repeat this step for all desired items.

2.Press the “OK” key.

●If an invalid date (example: February 31) has been entered in step 1, the “OK” key will be disabled.

Rotation Copy Setting

If this program is set, the image of originals will rotate when the orientation of the originals does not match that of the copy paper. Rotation copy will function only when the auto paper select or auto copy ratio mode has been selected.

When the STAPLE SORT function is used, rotation copy will not be performed even if this program has been set.

NOTE:

If the image is rotated in reduction copying, the position of the image in relation to copy paper will vary with the orientations of the originals and copy paper.

To enable rotation copy, press the check box of “ROTATION COPY SETTING.” to display a check mark in the check box. To disable this mode, press the check box of this program again to clear the check mark in the check box.
