To ensure that a fax is not accidentally sent to the wrong fax number when you use automatic dialing, this function displays the fax number (or the name stored for the fax number) that you entered and prompts you to confirm that it

is correct. After you check the number, press START to begin dialing and

transmission.

♦Send Hold will not operate if the handset is lifted or SPEAKER is pressed before dialing.

Activating (or deactivating) the Send Hold function

1 Press SECURE

•If the display shows [ENTER PASSWORD] after you press

SECURE , enter the administrator code and press START .
